Experio Hosts help people experience places through local eyes — by responding to Visitors looking for someone local, or by creating Experiences of their own for others to join.
Share places you know, conversations worth having, local moments, photos, video or live Experiences.
Respond to requests or create your own Activities.
Hosting on Experio does not always start the same way.
You can help someone who is already looking for a local Host, or create an Activity yourself and invite others to join.
A Visitor creates an Activity describing something they want to experience or understand.
If the Activity is inside your Hub, you can send a Proposal. If the Visitor chooses you, you become their private Host and complete the Experience for them.
Private Host Activities are paid.

How much you earn depends on the Activities you choose and successfully complete.
Private Hosting
When someone wants to experience something specific, they can look for a Host inside that Hub.
You decide whether you want to host.
A Visitor starts it
Browse Activities posted by Visitors in your Hub.
Choose an Activity you can complete and explain how you can help.
For a live Experience, you can also suggest a suitable time.
The Visitor reviews the available Proposals and chooses one Host.
Once selected, the Activity becomes booked.
Communicate through the Activity message room and provide what was agreed — such as photos, video or a live session.
After the Activity is successfully completed and the applicable confirmation process finishes, your earnings become available according to Experio's payout process.
Host-created Activities
You do not have to wait for someone to request an Experience.
If there is something you would like to share, you can create your own Activity and let other users join.
You start it
Decide what you want to share and what participants will experience.
Add the Activity details, location, schedule and participation information.
Choose whether your Activity will be free or paid.
Your Activity becomes visible to users who may be interested in joining.
Users can join according to the Activity's availability and participation requirements.
For paid Activities, participants pay through Experio.
Run the Activity as described and give participants the Experience they joined for.
Host-created Activities do not always need to be paid.
You might organize a free Activity because you want to meet people, share something you enjoy or introduce your city to others.
You can also create paid Activities when you are providing an Experience you want to earn from.
Private Activities where you are selected as a Host for a Visitor’s request are paid.

You do not need to be a professional guide, influencer or content creator.
Experio Hosts are local people who know their surroundings and can reliably share real Experiences.
Hosts complete the required onboarding before using Host Mode.
Local knowledge matters more than professional hosting experience.
Experio Experiences depend on trust between Hosts and participants.
Only take on or create Activities you can realistically complete.
Make sure the Experience matches what was described.
Communicate clearly through the Activity message room.
If something changes, let the other participants know.
Follow local laws, venue rules, privacy expectations and restrictions on photography, recording and live video.
Never enter restricted areas or record where doing so is prohibited or inappropriate.
Share what is actually there.
Experio is about genuine local Experiences rather than staged or misleading content.
Use Experio for Activity communication, content delivery and payment where applicable.
This helps keep the Experience safer and easier to resolve if problems occur.
These things may be part of your everyday life, but to someone living thousands of kilometres away, they can be something completely new.

Paid hosting can happen in two ways.
When someone selects you to complete their request, you are paid for successfully delivering that Experience.
You can also create your own paid Activity and earn when users join and the Experience is successfully provided.
Your actual earnings depend on the Activities you choose, their pricing and successful completion.

Location-based hosting depends on active Experio Hubs and the requirements of the Activity.
