Experio Rules
Last Updated: September 10, 2026
Effective Date: September 10, 2026
These Experio Rules ("Rules") apply to all Users of Experio.
The purpose of these Rules is to maintain a safe, respectful, trustworthy, and useful environment in which people can connect and share genuine experiences through Experio.
By using Experio, you agree to follow these Rules in addition to the Experio Terms of Service.
Violation of these Rules may result in content removal, feature restrictions, cancellation or restriction of Activities, temporary suspension, permanent Account termination, payment or payout restrictions where permitted, or other appropriate action.
1. General Standard of Conduct
Users must treat other people with respect and act honestly when using Experio.
You must:
- communicate respectfully;

Users must not misuse the Service in ways that undermine trust, safety, fairness, or the purpose of the platform.
2. Accurate Identity and Information

Using an Experio-supported privacy feature according to its intended purpose is not considered misrepresentation.

- assist another person in circumventing Account restrictions.
Experio may associate Accounts or activity where there is reasonable evidence that they are controlled by the same person.
4. Respectful Communication
Users must communicate respectfully with one another.
The following conduct is prohibited:
- harassment;

Disagreement, criticism, rejection of a Proposal, cancellation, or a negative review does not by itself constitute harassment.
Users must respect another User's decision to stop communicating where there is no continuing obligation relating to an active Activity, transaction, dispute, or safety matter.
5. Discrimination and Hateful Conduct
Experio does not permit hateful conduct or unlawful discrimination.
Users must not attack, threaten, exclude, humiliate, or advocate harm against people based on characteristics protected by applicable law.
Users must not publish or communicate:
- hateful slurs directed at a person or group;
- advocacy of violence against a protected group;
- dehumanizing statements intended to promote hatred;

Prohibited conduct includes:
- credible threats of physical harm;

Where Experio reasonably believes there is an immediate safety risk, Experio may take immediate action without prior warning.
7. Sexual Misconduct and Exploitation
Experio is not a platform for arranging sexual services.
Users must not use Experio to request, offer, arrange, advertise, or facilitate:
- prostitution;
- paid sexual activity;
- sexual services in exchange for money, goods, favors, or other benefits;
- sexual exploitation;
- human trafficking;
- non-consensual sexual conduct;
- sexually coercive behavior;
- sexual activity involving a person under 18; or
- any form of sexual abuse.
Users must not pressure another User into sexual or romantic interaction.
Consensual social interaction between adults is not prohibited merely because the Users originally met through Experio, provided such interaction does not violate these Rules, applicable law, or an active Activity arrangement.
8. Minors
Experio is available only to Users aged 18 or older.
Users must not:
- create an Account if they are under 18;
- create an Account on behalf of a minor;
- knowingly allow a minor to use their Account;
- arrange Activities primarily involving unaccompanied minors through Experio;
- use Experio to contact or groom minors for inappropriate purposes; or
- exploit, abuse, endanger, or facilitate harm to a minor.
Suspected child exploitation may result in immediate Account termination and may be reported to appropriate authorities where required or appropriate.
9. Illegal Activities
Experio must not be used to arrange, facilitate, promote, or participate in unlawful activity.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- theft;
- fraud;

- illegal gambling;
- illegal drug activity;
- unlawful weapons activity;
- unauthorized access to computer systems;
- forgery;
- scams;
- money laundering;
- unlawful evasion of legal restrictions; or
- assisting another person in committing an unlawful act.
Users are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the place where an Activity occurs.
10. Dangerous Activities
Users must not create or conduct Activities that expose participants or third parties to an unreasonable risk of injury or harm.
Where an Activity involves an inherent level of risk, the Host must accurately disclose material risks and reasonable participation requirements.
Users must not:
- conceal significant known safety risks;
- encourage reckless behavior;
- intentionally ignore safety restrictions imposed by a venue or authority;
- pressure another User to participate in conduct they reasonably consider unsafe;
- operate vehicles, machinery, or equipment unlawfully or irresponsibly;
- provide dangerous equipment known to be defective; or
- create an Activity whose primary purpose is dangerous or reckless behavior.
Experio may prohibit or remove an Activity even where the Activity may technically be lawful if Experio reasonably considers it unsuitable for the platform because of substantial safety risks.
11. Professional and Regulated Activities
A User offering an Activity that requires a professional license, permit, registration, insurance, certification, or governmental authorization must possess all authorizations required by applicable law.
Users must not falsely present themselves as:
- medical professionals;
- lawyers;
- financial professionals;
- licensed tour operators;
- professional drivers;
- certified instructors;
- licensed guides;
- childcare professionals; or
- holders of another regulated qualification,
unless they are legally entitled to make that representation.
Experio may request evidence of qualifications or authorization where reasonably appropriate.
12. Respect for Property and Venues
Users must respect private property, public spaces, businesses, venues, and applicable local restrictions.
You must not:
- enter restricted property without permission;
- trespass;
- encourage another User to trespass;
- damage property;
- materially interfere with normal business operations;
- ignore lawful venue instructions;
- access restricted areas;
- create unreasonable disturbances; or
- conduct an Activity in a location where that Activity is prohibited.
The existence of an Activity on Experio does not grant permission to enter, use, film, or conduct an Activity at any particular location.
13. Photography, Video, and Audio
Users must respect the privacy, image, publicity, and recording rights of other people.
Users are responsible for obtaining any permission required by law, venue rules, property rules, or other applicable restrictions before capturing or distributing recordings.
Users must not:
- secretly record another User where such recording is prohibited;
- record in locations where recording is prohibited;
- photograph or record private property without required permission;
- intentionally capture private or sensitive situations without authorization;
- distribute unlawfully recorded Content;
- publish another person's image or voice in violation of their rights; or
- use recording functionality to harass, threaten, exploit, or embarrass another person.
Users are responsible for understanding the recording and privacy laws applicable to their location and Activity.
14. Live Sessions
Users participating in a Live session must behave appropriately and comply with these Rules throughout the session.
Users must not:
- display illegal or prohibited content;
- expose or display another person without appropriate consent;
- perform sexual acts;
- threaten another participant;
- broadcast unlawful activity;
- secretly retransmit the session;
- record a Live session where Experio does not permit recording;
- use external recording methods to intentionally circumvent Experio's no-recording restrictions; or
- invite unauthorized persons into a private session without the agreement of the relevant participants.
Where Experio states that a Live session is not recorded, Users must respect that restriction.
15. Authenticity of Activity Content
Content presented as evidence, fulfillment, or delivery of an Activity must genuinely relate to that Activity.
Users must not:
- submit unrelated media;
- reuse Content from another Activity where original Content is required;
- present another person's Content as their own;
- falsely claim Content was captured at a particular place;
- alter timestamps, location data, or metadata to mislead Experio or another User;
- submit pre-recorded Content where real-time or newly captured Content is required;
- stage deceptive Content intended to misrepresent what occurred; or
- otherwise manipulate Content to falsely demonstrate fulfillment of an Activity.
16. AI-Generated and Artificial Content
Experio is intended to facilitate genuine human experiences and interactions.
Users must not submit AI-generated, synthetic, or artificially created media as though it were genuine Activity media or evidence of a real-world experience.
Users must not use artificial intelligence, deepfakes, synthetic media, or material digital manipulation to falsely represent:
- a person;
- a location;
- an Activity;
- an event;
- a completed deliverable;
- something claimed to have occurred in real life; or
- the identity, appearance, voice, or actions of another User.
Ordinary technical processing such as compression, trimming, resizing, stabilization, noise reduction, or basic quality improvement is permitted where it does not materially misrepresent the Content.
17. Fraud and Deception
Fraudulent or deceptive conduct is prohibited.
This includes:
- creating fake Activities;
- making fake bookings;
- submitting fake Proposals;
- creating transactions solely to transfer money;
- manipulating payments;
- using stolen or unauthorized payment methods;
- making intentionally false refund claims;
- knowingly making false claims in a dispute;
- submitting fabricated evidence;
- impersonating another User;
- intentionally misrepresenting Activity completion;
- colluding with another User to manipulate Experio;
- artificially increasing ratings, reviews, or transaction history; or
- intentionally deceiving Users or Experio for financial or personal gain.
Experio may restrict payments or payouts while suspected fraud is investigated where permitted by applicable law.
18. Payment Circumvention
Transactions initiated through Experio must not be intentionally moved outside Experio for the purpose of avoiding Experio's payment systems, fees, safety measures, transaction rules, or other platform protections.
Users must not:
- ask another User to pay outside Experio to avoid fees;
- provide external payment instructions for an active Experio transaction;
- intentionally understate the value of a transaction;
- create a false Experio transaction while making the actual payment elsewhere;
- encourage another User to cancel an Experio transaction and pay privately; or
- otherwise manipulate payment arrangements to circumvent Experio.
Experio may consider the context, timing, and purpose of communications when determining whether circumvention occurred.
19. Off-Platform Contact Information
Experio may restrict sharing of external contact information in order to protect Users, transactions, and the integrity of the platform.
Where Experio restricts external contact information, Users must not intentionally circumvent those restrictions by sharing:
- telephone numbers;
- email addresses;
- messaging-app usernames;
- social media accounts;
- QR codes;
- external booking links;
- external payment links; or
- deliberately disguised contact details.
Where Experio permits off-platform contact in a particular context, Users remain responsible for their conduct outside Experio.
Experio may have limited ability to investigate, moderate, or assist with interactions conducted outside the Service.
20. Spam and Unwanted Solicitation
Users must not use Experio primarily to send unsolicited commercial communications or mass solicitations.
Prohibited conduct includes:
- sending substantially identical unsolicited messages to large numbers of Users;
- advertising unrelated products or services;
- recruiting Users to unrelated platforms or businesses;
- promoting pyramid, referral, or similar schemes;
- sending unwanted commercial links;
- repeatedly contacting Users who have expressed no interest; or
- using automated systems to send unsolicited communications.
Legitimate communication directly relevant to an Activity is permitted.
21. Scams and Phishing
Users must not attempt to deceive another person into sending money, goods, passwords, authentication codes, credentials, or sensitive information.
Examples of prohibited scams include:
- fake emergency requests;
- advance-fee scams;
- investment scams;
- romance scams;
- employment scams;
- fake refund requests;
- phishing;
- impersonation of Experio personnel;
- false payment notices;
- requests for passwords or verification codes; or
- attempts to obtain Account credentials.
Experio will never require a User to provide another User with their Experio password or Account verification code.
22. Reviews and Ratings
Reviews and ratings must reflect genuine experiences.
Users must not:
- submit fake reviews;
- create Accounts to manipulate ratings;
- arrange reciprocal fake reviews;
- offer money, benefits, or incentives in exchange for a misleading review;
- threaten another User because of a review;
- pressure another User to leave a particular rating;
- retaliate against another User solely because of an honest review;
- submit a review for an Activity in which they did not genuinely participate where participation is required; or
- coordinate review manipulation.
A negative review does not violate these Rules merely because another User disagrees with it.
23. Abuse of Reports and Disputes
Experio's reporting, support, and dispute systems must be used honestly.
Users must not:
- knowingly submit false reports;
- fabricate or manipulate evidence;
- repeatedly report another User solely to harass them;
- threaten to file a false report to obtain money or another benefit;
- misuse disputes to obtain an unjustified refund;
- intentionally conceal material information during an investigation; or
- impersonate another person when submitting a report or dispute.
Good-faith reports will not violate this Rule merely because Experio ultimately determines that no violation occurred.
24. Privacy of Other Users
Users must respect personal information obtained through Experio.
You must not:
- publish another User's private contact information without authorization;
- disclose another User's home address without authorization;
- disclose private communications for the purpose of harassment or harm;

- scrape User information;
- create unauthorized external databases of Experio Users;
- stalk or unlawfully track another User;
- use information obtained through Experio to harass someone outside the platform; or
- disclose sensitive personal information for the purpose of harming, intimidating, or embarrassing another person.
Nothing in this Rule prevents lawful disclosure to Experio, emergency services, law enforcement, courts, regulators, professional advisers, or other parties where disclosure is legally permitted or required.
25. External Links, Files, and Malicious Content
Where Experio restricts links or file sharing within communications, Users must not attempt to circumvent those restrictions.
Users must not send or distribute:
- malicious links;
- phishing links;
- malware;
- malicious executable files;
- links designed to steal credentials;
- links to unlawful material; or
- links primarily intended to bypass Experio's safety or payment systems.
26. Platform Manipulation and Security
Users must not interfere with the normal operation, security, or integrity of Experio.
Prohibited conduct includes:
- using unauthorized bots or automated tools;

- attacking Experio infrastructure;
- intentionally creating excessive technical load;
- reverse engineering for malicious or unlawful purposes;
- manipulating rankings, visibility, ratings, or platform metrics; or
- interfering with security or anti-fraud systems.
Users who identify a security vulnerability should report it responsibly rather than exploit it.
27. Intellectual Property of Others
Users must respect copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, and other intellectual property rights.
You must not upload, reproduce, distribute, display, record, or otherwise use Content where doing so unlawfully infringes another person's rights.
Experio may remove or restrict Content where there is a valid intellectual property complaint or other reasonable evidence of infringement.
Repeated infringement may result in Account restrictions or termination.
28. Commercial Exploitation of Users
Experio must not be used primarily to exploit Users for unrelated commercial purposes.
Unless expressly permitted by Experio, Users must not:
- harvest Users for sales leads;
- recruit Users into unrelated businesses;
- use Activity participation primarily as disguised advertising;
- require Users to purchase unrelated products or services;
- redirect Users into unrelated paid services; or
- use Experio primarily to promote another marketplace, platform, or competing service.
Legitimate commercial Activities permitted through Experio are not prohibited solely because a Host receives payment.
29. Substance Use and Impairment
Users must not participate in an Activity while impaired to an extent that creates an unreasonable danger to themselves or others.
Users must not:
- provide illegal drugs;
- pressure another User to consume alcohol or drugs;
- provide alcohol unlawfully;
- operate vehicles or dangerous equipment while impaired; or
- exploit a person who is significantly impaired.
Activities involving alcohol must comply with applicable age requirements, venue requirements, and local law.
30. Weapons
Users must not use Experio to unlawfully sell, obtain, distribute, transport, or use weapons.
Users must not carry, display, threaten with, or use a weapon during an Activity in an unlawful or intimidating manner.
Experio may prohibit particular weapons or weapon-related Activities even where possession may otherwise be lawful if Experio reasonably considers them inappropriate or unsafe for the platform.
31. Emergencies
Experio is not an emergency service.
Users must not rely on Experio support, messaging, reporting, or dispute systems to obtain emergency assistance.
If there is an immediate risk of:
- physical harm;
- serious injury;
- medical emergency;
- fire;
- crime;
- violence; or
- another emergency,
Users should contact the appropriate local emergency services or authorities.
32. Reporting Violations
Users are encouraged to report conduct they reasonably believe violates these Rules.
Reports should be made honestly and should include relevant information where available.
Experio may review relevant information where reasonably necessary to investigate a reported or suspected violation, including:
- reports;
- Account history;
- transaction information;
- Activity records;
- communications;
- User Content;
- payment-related information;
- location-related information;
- device or technical information; and
- other relevant evidence.
Experio may request additional information from affected Users.
Any review of personal information will be handled in accordance with the Experio Privacy Policy and applicable law.
33. Cooperation With Investigations
Users must reasonably cooperate with Experio when Experio investigates matters involving:
- safety incidents;
- fraud;
- payment disputes;
- serious Rule violations;
- unauthorized Account access;
- disputes relating to an Activity; or
- other significant misconduct.
Users must not knowingly provide false, fabricated, altered, or materially misleading information during an investigation.
Failure to cooperate may affect Experio's ability to resolve the matter and may be taken into consideration where the User is directly involved in the incident being investigated.
34. Enforcement Actions
Experio may take enforcement action where it reasonably believes that a User has violated these Rules, the Terms of Service, applicable law, or another binding Experio policy.
Possible actions include:
- issuing a warning;
- removing Content;
- restricting Content visibility;
- rejecting, closing, or removing an Activity;
- restricting Activity creation;
- restricting Proposal functionality;
- restricting messaging;
- restricting participation in Activities;
- cancelling or restricting transactions where appropriate;
- delaying or restricting payouts where legally permitted;
- requiring additional verification;
- temporarily restricting an Account;
- temporarily suspending an Account;
- permanently terminating an Account; or
- preventing creation or use of replacement Accounts.
The enforcement action selected may depend on the circumstances and seriousness of the violation.
35. Factors Considered in Enforcement
Experio may consider factors including:
- seriousness of the conduct;
- actual or potential harm caused;
- intent;
- repeated violations;
- previous warnings or restrictions;
- whether the User attempted to conceal the conduct;
- whether fraud or deception was involved;
- whether other Users or third parties were placed at risk;
- cooperation with an investigation;
- reliability and completeness of available evidence;
- legal or regulatory requirements; and
- the need to protect Users and the integrity of Experio.
Experio is not required to apply identical enforcement measures to situations that differ materially.
36. Immediate Suspension
Experio may immediately restrict or suspend an Account without prior warning where there is a reasonable concern involving:
- imminent danger;
- violence or credible threats;
- sexual exploitation;
- child safety;
- serious harassment or stalking;
- significant fraud;
- stolen or unauthorized payment information;
- Account compromise;
- serious unlawful activity;
- attempts to evade a previous permanent termination; or
- another serious risk to Users, third parties, payment systems, or Experio.
Immediate restrictions may remain in effect while Experio investigates the circumstances.
37. Temporary Restrictions
For less serious, isolated, or first-time violations, Experio may impose temporary restrictions instead of permanently terminating an Account.
Restrictions may apply to particular functionality, including:
- messaging;
- Activity creation;
- joining Activities;
- Proposal submission;
- Host functionality;
- payments;
- payouts; or
- other Service functionality.
The duration and scope of restrictions may depend on the nature and circumstances of the violation.
38. Permanent Account Termination
Experio may permanently terminate an Account for serious or repeated violations.
Conduct that may result in permanent termination includes:
- serious violence or threats;
- sexual exploitation;
- child exploitation;
- human trafficking;
- serious fraud;
- repeated scams;
- deliberate use of stolen payment information;
- serious stalking or harassment;
- repeated evasion of restrictions or suspension;
- serious unlawful activity;
- repeated substantial violations after warnings; or
- conduct demonstrating that continued access presents an unacceptable safety, fraud, or platform-integrity risk.
Experio may prevent a person whose Account has been permanently terminated from creating or using additional Accounts.
39. Content Removal
Experio may remove or restrict Content that violates these Rules.
Removal of Content does not necessarily require Experio to suspend or terminate the User who created it.
Similarly, deleting Content does not eliminate responsibility for conduct that already occurred.
Experio may retain removed or restricted Content internally where reasonably necessary for:
- investigation;
- fraud prevention;
- legal compliance;
- dispute resolution;
- security;
- enforcement; or
- the exercise or defense of legal claims.
40. Reports to Authorities and Other Parties
Experio may report conduct or disclose relevant information to law enforcement, governmental authorities, payment providers, financial institutions, emergency services, or other appropriate organizations where:
- required by law;
- necessary to comply with a lawful request;
- reasonably necessary to address suspected serious crime or fraud;
- reasonably necessary to protect a person from serious harm;
- appropriate in connection with suspected child exploitation or human trafficking; or
- otherwise permitted under applicable law and the Experio Privacy Policy.
41. Conduct Outside Experio
Experio generally does not regulate Users' unrelated private conduct outside the Service.
However, Experio may take action regarding off-platform conduct where there is reliable evidence that the conduct:
- creates a serious safety risk to Experio Users;
- involves another Experio User and is directly connected to an Experio interaction;
- involves fraud connected to Experio;
- forms part of an attempt to circumvent Experio enforcement;
- involves exploitation, credible threats, stalking, or serious harassment of an Experio User; or
- demonstrates that continued access creates a substantial risk to Users or the Service.
42. No Retaliation
Users must not retaliate against another person for making a good-faith:
- safety report;
- complaint;
- dispute;
- refund request;
- review;
- report to authorities; or
- report of a potential Rule violation.
Retaliation may itself result in enforcement action.
43. Attempts to Circumvent These Rules
Attempting to violate or circumvent these Rules may be treated in the same manner as completing the prohibited conduct.
Users must not assist another person in circumventing these Rules, Account restrictions, technical safeguards, or Experio enforcement mechanisms.
44. Changes to These Rules
Experio may update these Rules as the Service evolves or where changes are reasonably necessary to address:
- new safety concerns;
- new forms of abuse;
- legal or regulatory requirements;
- new Service functionality;
- fraud patterns;
- community needs; or
- operational requirements.
The latest version of these Rules will be made available through the Service.
Where a material change significantly affects User obligations, Experio may provide additional notice where appropriate or legally required.
45. Relationship With Other Experio Documents
These Rules govern User conduct and Experio's platform enforcement standards.
The Experio Terms of Service governs the legal relationship between Users and LifeArk.
The Experio Privacy Policy explains how Experio handles personal information.
The Experio FAQ explains how the Service and its features operate.
If these Rules conflict with the Terms of Service on a legal or contractual matter, the Terms of Service will control.
Transaction-specific terms and disclosures presented through the Service may also apply to a particular Activity or transaction.
46. Contact and Reporting
Questions concerning these Rules or reports of potential violations may be submitted through Experio's reporting or support functionality.
