You can immerse yourself in a live session with a Host, or watch photos and videos shared by the Host to get a feeling of being there while you are in another location.

After booking, you and the Host can prepare for the Activity inside the app.

Your Host completes the Activity you agreed on — whether that means talking with you live, showing you a place, visiting somewhere, or capturing photos or video.

You are experiencing it through someone who is actually there.

After all the agreed items are delivered, accept them and rate your Host to confirm the delivery.
If something is wrong, Experio provides a dispute process inside the app.

Experio Activities can start from simple, everyday curiosity.
You’re thinking about staying in a neighbourhood you’ve never visited. Ask a local Host to walk around the area and show you what it is actually like.
You found an apartment, university, hotel or restaurant online, but photos only tell you so much. Ask someone nearby to take a look and share what they see.
You’re curious about what daily life is really like in another city or country. Talk with a local about work, school, food, routines, customs or anything else you want to understand.
Maybe you want to know how crowded a market is, what a festival looks like, whether an area is lively at night, or what the atmosphere is like today. A Host can show you from there.
You want a fresh look at a small street, local shop, neighbourhood, building, viewpoint or other place that does not have much useful information online. Ask a Host to capture it for you.
You cannot be there yourself, but you still want to experience part of what is happening. Join a Host as they visit an appropriate local place, event or everyday setting and share the Experience with you.
Stay connected through a private message room, ask questions, and receive updates throughout the Experience.
See the location in real time through a live video session arranged by your Host and get a better feel for the local atmosphere.
Get fresh images and videos captured by your Host at the location, based on what you want to see.
Create the Activity around what you actually want to experience.
Review Proposals and select the person you want.
The amount is shown before you confirm payment.
Communication, payment and delivery remain connected to the Activity inside the app.
If the final delivery is not what was agreed, you can raise a dispute through Experio.
You can explain the issue, the Host can respond, and Experio can review the Activity when needed.
